I do not know what I am doing wrong or who I have pissed off but I am having the worst luck in the world at the moment. Is this a Karma thing?

I am thinking who I have pissed off and I can seem to think of who I have done this too but I am getting more than my fair share of bad luck coming back at me.

Where can I get a new life or get a new identity or ........

Moving to Southfields

So the time is coming to me moving into my new place, I am moving to Southfields. Yippee

So for all of you in Earlsvegas that have missed me I will be near you again. I just can not wait to get all set up and into a regular routine for work, gym and life.

I have also found a new gym partner in the form of a Lolo. We will have to see what form he is in but will get him up to shape. haha.

Vision Boards

So seeing that 2012 is all about finding myself and new years resolutions, I have been told to look into Vision Boards. Now I have not heard of this before but it is similar to writing a list of things that you want to accomplish. The difference is that it is visual. The idea behind this is that when you are surround yourself with images of who you want to become, what you want to have, where you want to live, or where you want to vacation, your life changes to match those images and those desires.

So this is my next project. I want my own vision board and my own desires and wants....

So this is what I will be doing this weekend. I will keep you posted with my progress and also when it is done I will let you have a peek.

2012 - The year of Scabenga

First off I would like to wish everyone a happy new year and I hope it will be a good one for one and all.

So what does 2012 have in store for me. Well I must say it did start off very well with the welcoming of the year in Victoria Falls (Falls Fest). What a weekend I must say. I did have a slight problem with my plans when I was coming back to the UK. I had to find a new place to live and also a new job, which left me a little worried to say the least and with the help of some wonderful people I have begun my journey...

So I have found a new place to live in Southfields which I will be moving into at the end of January. I too have found a great opportunity with SafeCard. So I will be working for myself in essence but it will provide me a massive platform to grow and enjoy 2012.

So what do I want to do this year??? I have so many ideas

DANGERS OF GOLF

A men’s foursome was waiting at the tee while a women’s foursome was driving from the ladies' tee.
The ladies were taking their time.

When the final lady was ready to hit her ball, she hacked it 10 feet.  Then she went over, played her second shot and missed it completely.
Then she shanked it another ten feet and finally topped it five feet onto the cart path.

She looked up at the patiently waiting men and said apologetically;

I guess all those f***ing lessons I took over the winter didn't help.

One of the men responded; "Well, there you have it! You should have taken golf lessons instead!"

According to eye witnesses, he never even had a chance to duck.

I ask this question as it seems that Karma is biting me in the ass at the moment. Why? So many reasons really. Don't get me wrong there are positives in this little story but there are big moments that I am blaming on Karma.

Iphone 4 for Sale

I have decided to sell my Iphone 4 as I have tried it but I am deep down a Blackberry man. I though I would offer it to the people of Scabenga first before putting it on ebay. So if you know of anyone who wants one then point them in my direction.

The Iphone is 6 months old and in perfect working order. Had a case on it from day one.

Why are people fecking with my Life

Social Media is taking over the world and I must say I do like seeing what I can do with it for my two blogs. Scabenga and Scabenga Girls. Now I have friends on Facebook and followers on Twitter that like reading what I put on the sites.

Now on a personal level I am getting sick and tired of the bullshit that comes with it. People gossiping, creating rumours and then there are the people who's lives are that boring that they have to mingle, stalk and just fuck up mu life. Now I have had this for a long time, people talking about me but COME ON, I am nearly 30 and you still talk about me like I am 17.

The thing that amuses me about the whole thing is that I know who most of them are who talk shit about me. The saying "keep you friends close and you enemies even closer" well....

Also what gives you the right to make up stores in your head about me. You see a picture, a comment and you imagine a scenario and believe that this shit is real and then start spreading it.

So for all of the people who read this I hope it gives you an insight to what I have to deal with and for those idiots that are talking about me...STOP IT,Grow up and get on with your life.

What the Fuck....

So time is flying and since my last confession here on Scabenga things having been moving at a 100 miles an hour and in life terms that is fast.

So what is going on.... ATG is going well. This working outside is good for body and mind and I can actually say that I have a tan and it is not paid for. No on a serious note, it is doing me the world of justice. I am really enjoying life at the moment which can not be a bad thing.

Body of Zeus, the time has finally come and a few of you will know that this has been a work in progress or a new years resolution that I have never fulfilled but I have been working hard in the gym and playing a lot of squash. All of this and working outside, I am losing belt holes left, right and centre. It is a bit of a worry as I am going to have to buy smaller size shorts and jeans as they are falling off me.

There is much more to tell but to be honest I am packing and need to get on with it..

Life as we know it....

So I am now fully working with ATG and out of office life. I must say this working outside in the sun is not a bad way of passing time by during working hours. Now All Thingz Green is not a normal 9-5 business. It is start when the sun is up and with a little reason we start work at 7.30. Something that I am getting used to and I now know the real meaning reason why you have coffee in the morning. It is literally like having a cup of life in the morning.

I am going to stick with the Coffee topic and put out a question to all of you who read this. Who out of the UK coffee suppliers and not the people who make the coffee, the companies who put it in a cup and serve it to you. Examples are Costa, Starbucks etc.
Who do you think serves the best cuppa coffee from the high street coffee shops?
I have read an article in a newspaper once and they said it was Coffee Republic. Now i have had a few cups in my day and I must say I do not feel that this is right. I would say Starbucks is the best out there. I am not siding with them cause they are the biggest but I feel the blend between milk and coffee is the best.

What's coming up in the future. I am away this coming weekend as I have a Stag do in Riga which is in Latvia. We will be celebrating a friends coming of end of being single with a little party. For the purpose of the blog I shall call him Mr Pink. He is getting married in June and this is why we are going in May so he has time to recover. I have been told that eyebrows grow back in 3 weeks. I will fill you in on the details next week with some pictures and info.

I was checking out the traffic and where in the world these people are who are looking at Scabenga Girls. And the majority of the people looking at the site are in USA but as you can see from the image people from all corners of the globe. How cool is that. This site is getting on average of 250 - 300 people a day looking at it. That is about 9000 people a month. Wicked. Onward and upward...

Working with All Thingz Green

So as you all might know I am now working with All Thingz Green and everything is going great. We have been Fencing, paving and turfing and doing some good old fashion garden maintenance. Since I started the weather has been Fantastic and yes I have been catching some rays and there is some colour gracing my skin. You all are going to be jealous of my tan.

Now something that I am getting used to is the hard work and I have been feeling knackered working with Jan but it is a good knackered, you feel like you have achieved something with your day. I am also gonna keep going to gym as The Body of Zeus is a key factor in the working with ATG.

The Life of Riley

So to keep you all up dated with what I am doing with my life.

As most of you know I have been working for an events company called Bullseyehub and it has been good, sometimes stressful but all in all I have enjoyed working here but as with all things everything must come to an end and my time is done for the time being. The reason I am leaving is for personal reasons, I have decided to take a break from sales and get away from monthly targets which over time can take it out of you. 

I have decided to get completely away from sale and I will be working with Jan at All Thingz Green. I will be working with him for the summer. Hopefully the weather stays like it is now as it is awesome. It will be good for me, no targets that you have to hit everyday and month and I know that it will be hard work but the benefits are that I will get fit, hopefully catch a tan (with all the sun we are going to have) and regain my drive for sales and when I get back into the game, I will be hungrier than ever and destroy all targets in front of me.

So this is where I am at the moment with work and hopefully it will transpire to personal life as well.

Sunday Sessions - Are they good for you?

The term Sunday session is sinonimos with good times. I am not sure why but I seem to be finding myself having more and more of the Sunday sesh's and The question I put to you is "Are they good for you?"


I am not saying that spending time surrounded by mates is a bad thing, on the contrary it is pleasure but Sunday are school nights and my friends like to drink.... a lot. I remember when I was younger, running around the UK at the tender age of 18 or 19, there were no such things as hangovers and in actual fact the only noticeable affect of a night out when you were young is smelling of booze. 


Right now I do not handle the hangovers so well. I forget to set alarm clocks, charge the phone and it always ends up that you are late to work and that is never a good start for the week ahead. 


I would like some feedback from you on this topic and if you would like to discuss this with me I will be in the pub on Sunday.
